● Charges
Standard Booth 9m² (3m×3m): including exhibiting ground, three exhibition boards (2.5m high), one lintel plate, one table, two chairs, one 220V power socket and two spotlights.
Bear space (Min.36 m²): including exhibiting ground, security services, and commonality responsibility insurance, no other facilities.

Note: the exhibitors with two-opening booth will be charged extra 20% exhibition fee and the specially decorated booths are located at international area.

● Enrollment Procedures
1. Please fill out the Exhibition Application and Agreement, stamp and then post or fax it to the Conference Organizing Committee.
2. Please pay the exhibition fee [50% (deposit) or total] by telegraphic order or send to the committee directly within 7 days upon the receipt of the application letter. Booth arrangement is according to the principle of “First application, First payment and First arrangement”.
3. Please pay the balance before Jun 6th, 2007, otherwise the enterprises will be considered as giving up the exhibition.
4. The committee will send the invoice and the Exhibition Guide to you after receiving the Exhibition Application and the exhibition fee.
5. Please consult the Exhibition Guide for the accommodations and product transportation.
● Conference Handbook & Ad. Charges
Except to hand out to the governing departments, relevant associates, visitors, the handbook would also be distributed to the domestic & overseas electronic industries and their relevant distributors through the channel of the organizing committee.

● Promotion Plan
To invite domestic & overseas electronic industries, their counterparts from China’s provinces, the relevant governing managements and the distributors to come to exhibition in Beijing.
Through the 100,000 visiting invitations and 500,000 visiting tickets, the organizing committee will directly invite decision-makers of relevant industries in China’s neighboring countries & areas, the important buyers and big users to visit the exhibition, discuss the business and order the products.
